Recent EURJPY fluctuations have been driven mainly by changes in global risk sentiment and interest rate expectations.
On the euro side, although the European Central Bank has gradually shifted toward a policy observation phase, interest rates across the eurozone remain relatively elevated, providing support for the euro. Technical Analysis
From a daily chart perspective, EURJPY experienced a technical pullback after reaching 187.93, but strong buying interest has emerged around the 182.00 region.
Price has now returned to a mid-range consolidation zone, suggesting that previous bearish momentum has weakened, although bulls have yet to fully regain control of the broader trend.
Structurally:182.00 represents the key support zone;184.00 has become the major short-term directional pivot;187.93 remains the primary upside resistance level.
If price continues to hold above 184.00, it would indicate that the short-term bottom formed near 182.00 remains valid, potentially allowing EURJPY to gradually retest 187.93.
However, if the pair falls below 184.00, the short-term rebound structure may break down, potentially triggering renewed bearish pressure and another move toward the 182.00 area.
Overall, EURJPY currently resembles a high-level consolidation market rather than a one-directional trend environment. As a result, short-term trading strategies may be more effective when focused around key support and resistance zones.
In general, EURJPY remains in a high-level corrective consolidation phase, with 182.00 and 184.00 likely to determine the next major directional move.
