Data Interpretation: The number of unemployed includes all persons aged 15 and over who were not working during the reference period (neither working for profit, any kind of pay or any work, receiving family income even for an hour, no work practice), who had looked for work in at least one way during the previous three months and were able to start work within 15 days.
People who have found a job or set up their own but are waiting for unwanted documents to be completed to start work, and can start work within 18 days, are also considered unemployed.
