Not happy with this broker, SCAM. Firstly, without warning they had amended my leverage. No consulting with the client beforehand whatsoever. The bigger issue comes in, that because of this, my trading was blocked for close to 5 hours, especially since I was watching for the right window to enter a trade. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, took them more than two days just to respond with a generic email requesting account name, number, relevant screenshots… which were already included in the initial email sent. This tells you that they aren’t customer centric. And then upon withdrawing funds, what should take maximum 10min on the selected BNP blockchain, has taken over 45 hours and I still don’t have them yet. Update: they have now on two separate occasions, deleted my support ticket that I created requesting assistance as to find out why my funds are not being sent to me. The first time the ticket just disappeared, and now this time it’s marked as ‘solved’ when I still don’t have my funds and the status on the transaction is still ‘processing’.

Startrades is very versatile but needs a few adjustments in order to become perfectly smooth.

Yeah, I currently trade on a Standard account and things seem fine. Spreads start from around 1 pip, but be aware that’s applicable for the top FX pairs. I give it 4 stars because there is still some work to do on narrowing the spreads for other instruments like gold.

Absolutely avoid this broker. There are much better and established brokers out there. Their trading conditions are not attractive anyway,

The main reason why I chose to trade with STARTRADER is copy trade. This feature stands out and thus far, some signals are quite accurate. After trading for 5 months with this brand I can say it is reliable, no reason to worry, in my opinion.

Nhưng tôi đánh gia rất cao Broker StarTrader này hoạt động rất tốt ở Việt nam nhất là tính thanh khoản, nạp rút qua rất nhiều cổng miễn phí và rút tiền nhiều lúc còn nhanh hơn nạp tiền, chỉ tính theo phút vì vậy toi rất bất ngờ về điều này. Tôi nghĩ là bạn nên thử chắc chắn bạn cũng sẽ hài lòng như tôi
