Firstly, without warning they had amended my leverage. No consulting with the client beforehand whatsoever. The bigger issue comes in, that because of this, my trading was blocked for close to 5 hours, especially since I was watching for the right window to enter a trade. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, took them more than two days just to respond with a generic email requesting account name, number, relevant screenshots… which were already included in the initial email sent. This tells you that they are not customer centric. And then upon withdrawing funds, what should take maximum 10min on the selected blockchain, has taken over +45 hours and I still don’t have them yet. These issues I have not experienced elsewhere before.
Update: they have now on two separate occasions, deleted my support ticket that I created requesting assistance as to find out why my funds are not being sent to me. The first time the ticket just disappeared, and now this time it’s marked as ‘solved’ when I still don’t have my funds and the status on the transaction is still ‘processing’.
