Since the Fed's interest rate cut last week, Bitcoin has gradually emerged from its previous slump, surging beyond $65,000. Higher Bitcoin prices have reignited investor interest in spot ETFs. On Wednesday, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) reported substantial net inflows into the Bitcoin ETFs, with nearly $185 million of fresh funds injected by investors.
Monetary stimulus measures in both the U.S. and China appear to be the catalyst behind this upswing in cryptocurrencies. The Fed made its first interest rate cut since the COVID-19 pandemic, cutting rates by 50 basis points rather than the widely anticipated 25. Simultaneously, the People's Bank of China opted for a significant decrease in the reserve requirement ratio and repo rates, mulling over injecting a massive 1 trillion yuan worth of liquidity into major state-owned banks to boost economic activity. Markets like China's A-shares and the U.S. equities saw noticeable rallies, indicating heightened risk appetite. It paints an optimistic short-term outlook for Bitcoin, which is poised to sustain its ongoing rally.
Technical Analysis
In the 4H chart, BTCUSDT oscillates upward, reaching higher levels continuously. Bulls start to dominate the market and BECUSDT could ascend further.
Buying at lows is suggested. When BTCUSDT reaches $65,000, investors can buy in and set the target at the support of $70,000. The stop-loss should be below $62,500.
