Press Release: Digimarc And Zebra Technologies Team Up To Dramatically Reduce Gift Card Fraud And Improve The Shopping Experience

On November 20, 2025, Jeffrey Schmitz, Chief People Officer of Zebra Technologies Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company that he will step down from his position as Chief People Officer, effective the close of business on December 31, 2025. On January 1, 2026, Mr. Schmitz will continue employment as a Senior Vice President of the Company until his retirement in the second quarter of 2026. Melissa Luff Loizides, currently Vice President of the Company, will commence serving as Chief People Officer on January 1, 2026.
