リップル社の年次イベント「Swell 2025」が11月4〜5日にニューヨークで開催される。今年のSwellは、仮想通貨と米国の政策、そして伝統金融との強力な接点のひとつとして注目されている。

一方、XRP強気派はこのイベントによる影響をほとんど織り込んでいない。月曜以降、価格は7.5％下落し、下落トレンドが続いている。

Swellカンファレンスの予定

Swell 2025は、規制された金融領域におけるブロックチェーンの役割を議論する重要な会合とされ、40カ国から600人以上の参加者が集う予定だ。

登壇者には、トランプ政権でデジタル資産担当補佐官を務めるパトリック・ウィット氏のほか、ブラックロック、ナスダック、シティ、BNYメロンの幹部が名を連ねる。

XRPレジャー（XRPL）がISO 20022規格に準拠している点や、現実世界資産（RWA）のトークン化や国際送金の効率化といったテーマが議題となる予定だ。

また、ブラックロックのデジタル資産ディレクターであるマックスウェル・スタイン氏とムーディーズ幹部による「トークン化された金融資産が資本市場に与える影響」と題したセッションも予定されている。

イベントでは、XRPL上でのステーブルコイン決済のライブデモが実施されるほか、リップルCEOのブラッド・ガーリングハウス氏およびナスダックCEOのアデナ・フリードマン氏による基調講演も行われる。

過去には価格急騰のケースも

過去のSwellでは、パートナーシップ発表などをきっかけに価格上昇が見られた。

2017年サンフランシスコ大会では、送金ソリューション「xRapid」発表を前に

XRPが0.20ドルから0.40ドル超へ倍増した。

2018年トロント大会では、マネーグラムの提携拡大発表などを背景に50％上昇した。

2019年シンガポール大会では、インド準備銀行（RBI）のラグラム・ラジャン総裁が基調講演を行い、XRPはSwell会期前に32％上昇したが、イベント後に30％調整する「材料出尽くし売り」の展開となった。

2024年マイアミ大会では、SEC訴訟の影響により上昇は10％にとどまったが、2025年は控訴棄却と規制明確化により、再び高騰が期待されている。

しかし、現状ではXRPは3ドルを下回ったまま推移している。

さらに16％の下落リスク

テクニカル的には、XRPは短期足で弱気パターンを示している。10月22日以降、ラウンディングトップ（円弧型の天井）を形成しており、 22日から続く下落トレンド継続を示唆している。

記事執筆時点でXRPは2.49ドルで取引され、2.37ドルのサポートをテスト中。過去24時間で取引量が8％減少しており、買い手の勢いが弱まっている。相対力指数（RSI）が50を下回り、MACDもゼロラインを下抜けしており、さらなる下落圧力が示唆される。

弱気派は現在、2.37ドルのネックライン割れを狙っている。この水準を4時間足で明確に下抜ければ、2.09ドル付近まで16％下落する可能性がある。

主要な抵抗線としては、50期間単純移動平均線（SMA）が2.55ドル 200期間SMAが2.84ドルに位置している。
