ZDG to Set Up 100 Million Yuan Joint Venture

Zhejiang Development Group issued its first and second batches of ultra-short-term financing bonds for 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The first issuance raised 5 billion yuan with a 2.41% interest rate for 148 days, while the second raised 4 billion yuan with a 2.32% for 265 days.

Ningbo Bank and Bohai Bank served as lead underwriters. These issuances are part of a larger 22.5 billion yuan bond program to enhance liquidity and financial flexibility.

Zheshang Development Group won a sales dispute case after a court ordered a group of companies to pay over 500 million yuan in losses, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.

The Chinese metal products trader will receive the amount from Xiangshui Longtuo Industrial and its group of companies, Liyang Baorun Steel, Liyang Delong Metal Technology, Liyang Longyue Metal Products, Jiangsu Huiju Metal Resources, Xiangshui Huipeng Recycling Resources, Xiangshui Huiyuan Recycling Resources and Dai Guofang, Dai Li, Huang Heqin.

The amount included payments for the contract worth 501.3 million yuan, interest and losses of 7 million yuan, as well as legal fees of about 2.6 million yuan.

The Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court handed down the ruling, the disclosure said.
