Registered Capital of Jiaao Enprotech's Subsidiary Rises to 2.35 Billion Yuan After New Share Subscription

The registered capital of Zhejiang Jiaao Enprotech Stock's subsidiary, Lianyungang Jiaao New Energy, increased to 2.35 billion yuan from 2 billion yuan after a new investor subscribed to new shares, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.
BP Global Investments subscribed for 353 million yuan worth of Jiaao New Energy's newly issued registered capital, representing 15% of the company's equity interest.
After the transaction, Jiaao Enprotech remains as Jiaao New Energy's controlling shareholder, the Chinese environment-friendly plasticizer manufacturer said.
Jiaao Enprotech's shares slipped over 1% in recent trade.
