Nuode New Materials to Dispose of Copper-Clad Laminate-Making Subsidiary for 70 Million Yuan

Nuode New Materials plans to sell 70% of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Lianxin Electronic Industry, for 70 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Friday.

Jiangsu Jidao New Material Technology will buy the majority stake of the copper-clad laminate and hybrid integrated circuit materials maker.

After the transaction, Jiangsu Lianxin will no longer be included in the Chinese copper materials manufacturer's consolidated financial statements.

The company's shares slipped 1% during Friday's midday trade.

SVOLT will purchase up to 50,000 tons of lithium battery copper foil during the three-year period, the Chinese copper materials manufacturer said.

Nuode New Materials Signs 200 Million Yuan Purchase Deal With Trina Solar Unit

Nuode New Materials signed a purchase deal with a unit of Trina Solar , according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.

The Chinese copper materials manufacturer, through unit Shenzhen Baijiada New Energy Materials, will supply a 4.5-micron copper foil to Jiangsu Trina Storage for 200 million yuan.

The copper foil will be used for battery cells, the filing said.

Nuode New Materials said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Baijiada New Energy Materials, signed a 2025 supply framework agreement with CALB Group, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai Bourse.

Baijiada will supply 45,000 tons of copper foil in 2025, with the actual supply based on sales orders. The deal will positively impact Nord's 2025 performance. The contract remains valid until the 2026 supply framework agreement takes effect.
