Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index lost 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (JK:CSIS), which rose 34.94% or 29.00 points to trade at 112.00 at the close. Meanwhile, PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ecosystem Tbk (JK:FUTR) added 33.75% or 27.00 points to end at 107.00 and First Media Tbk (JK:KBLV) was up 27.78% or 20.00 points to 92.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sentral Mitra Informatika Tbk PT (JK:LUCK), which fell 14.71% or 15.00 points to trade at 87.00 at the close. Pinago Utama Tbk Pt (JK:PNGO) declined 10.11% or 270.00 points to end at 2,400.00 and Agung Semesta Sejahtera Tbk PT (JK:TARA) was down 10.00% or 1.00 points to 9.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 369 to 279 and 198 ended unchanged.
Shares in PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (JK:CSIS) rose to 3-years highs; rising 34.94% or 29.00 to 112.00.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.19% or 0.12 to $64.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.13% or 0.09 to hit $66.80 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.45% or 15.57 to trade at $3,448.97 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.24% to 16,292.50, while AUD/IDR rose 0.02% to 10,636.56.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 97.88.
