Anhui Hengyuan Coal Industry and Electricity Power redeemed two brokerage wealth management products with a yield amounting to 679,400 yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

The Chinese coal company's shares rose 2% at the close of Monday's trade.

Hengyuan Coal purchased wealth management products from Guotai Haitong Securities and Guoxin Securities in March, which have terms of 127 days and 121 days, respectively.

Guotai Haitong Securities expects its net profit attributable to equity holders for the first half to soar between 205% and 218% from a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Monday.

The Chinese financial company's Hong Kong shares dropped over 3%, while the Shanghai shares fell over 1% during Tuesday's morning trade.

The first-half attributable profit will rise to a range of 15.3 billion yuan to almost 16 billion yuan from the year-ago profit of 5.02 billion yuan, or 0.52 yuan per share.

Higold Group (SHE:001221) is looking to issue 40,010,000 shares in its initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a Friday prospectus filed with the bourse.

The shares on offer will comprise 10% of the home and business functional hardware company's entire shareholding, the filing said.

Guotai Haitong Securities is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.

Guotai Junan Securities has guaranteed 2.68 billion yuan in new medium-term notes issued by Guotai Junan Holdings, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Guotai Junan Holdings is a subsidiary of the company's overseas wholly owned unit, Guotai Junan Financial Holdings.

Guotai Haitong Securities indirect subsidiary Guotai Junan Holdings issued $120 million in medium-term debts on Tuesday, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The issuance is part of a $3 billion medium-term debt program launched April 12, 2021, with Guotai Haitong as guarantor, the filing said.

Following the $3 billion issuance, the total principal amount issued reached $1.675 billion, while $1.731 billion remains outstanding, including the present issuance, the filing said.

Shares in Guotai Haitong plunged 5% in Hong Kong and slipped 3% in Shanghai during morning trading on Thursday.
