A consortium comprising Guangdong Construction Engineering signed a 1.59 billion yuan contract to renovate a village in Kuichong, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen.

The project will have a total construction area of approximately 372,766.90 square meters and will be carried out within 877 days, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.

Guangdong Construction Engineering's shares rose more than 1% in recent trade.

Guangdong Construction Engineering's unit, Guangdong Water Conservancy and Hydropower Third Engineering Bureau, signed a 619.9 million yuan contract for the first phase construction of the electronic intelligent manufacturing production base in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Saturday.

The Chinese engineering company will build four industrial plants, one industrial exhibit center, 1 research and development office building, as well as dormitory buildings, within 578 days. The project will have a total construction area of about 189,300 square meters, the disclosure said.

Guangdong Construction Engineering's unit, Guangdong Hydropower Bureau No. 2 Group, signed a 2 billion yuan contract for a hot spring construction in Maoming City, Guangdong Province, China, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Saturday.

The Chinese engineering company will build the Guilin Lijiang Shangyuan International Hot Spring Health Care and Lingqu Historical and Cultural Tourism within 1,095 days.

The agreement was signed with tourism and real estate company Jiamei Industrial Investment Group (Guangdong), the disclosure said.
