Gree Electric Appliances: Q3 2025 saw revenue and profit declines but a sharp rise in operating cash flow

A number of Gree Electric Appliance units could be spun off and listed independently, Yicai Global reported Tuesday, citing company president Zhang Wei.

Among the units that could be listed include its industrial products, high-end equipment, precision molds, electronic components, renewable resource recycling, the report said.

The spin-offs will be dependent on market conditions and development needs, Yicai said, citing Zhang.

Shares inched up 1% during Wednesday's afternoon trading.

Gree Electric Appliances has an average rating of buy and mean price target of 53.70 yuan, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
