Glory View Technology plans to invest 55 million yuan to establish an information technology joint venture, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The planned venture, Shenzhen Hongjing Zongheng Technology, will have a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

The Chinese smart city integrated service provider will partner with its deputy general manager, Xu Chi, and three other non-related parties for the joint venture.

Glory View Technology will own 55% of the venture.

The company's shares rose 1% in recent trade.

The five-year agreement includes server supply as well as networking and computing power services, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
