Hon Hai Precision Industry , d/b/a Foxconn, said Friday its Fullertain Information Technologies subsidiary acquired Saigon STEC for $10.4 million.

The Taiwanese electronics contract manufacturer's subsidiary purchased all of the Vietnamese camera module maker's shares from Dec. 27, 2024.
