Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Basic Materials, Telecoms and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 rose 0.35%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Epiroc AB Class A (ST:EPIRa), which rose 7.51% or 17.10 points to trade at 244.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Boliden AB (ST:BOL) added 4.34% or 26.40 points to end at 634.60 and Sandvik AB (ST:SAND) was up 1.77% or 5.90 points to 339.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were EQT AB (ST:EQTAB), which fell 3.63% or 13.30 points to trade at 352.80 at the close. SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb) declined 2.48% or 17.80 points to end at 701.00 and Lifco publ AB (ST:LIFCOb) was down 1.51% or 4.80 points to 312.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 423 to 324 and 74 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.34% or 0.21 to $60.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.23% or 0.15 to hit $64.92 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 2.19% or 109.66 to trade at $5,126.66 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.41% to 10.60, while USD/SEK fell 0.14% to 8.92.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.65% at 96.77.
