Shares of Electrovaya climbed after the company logged fourth-quarter revenue above Wall Street's expectations and said it expects its growth to continue.

The stock rose 12% to $6.02 on Thursday. Shares have more than doubled this year.

The lithium-ion battery technology and manufacturing company swung to a profit of $2 million in its latest quarter, compared with a loss of $114,000 a year earlier.

Revenue rose 77% to $20.5 million, topping analyst estimates of $20.2 million.

For fiscal 2026, Electrovaya said it expects revenue to grow more than 30% to north of $83 million, driven by sustained demand from its largest end users of material handling batteries and its entry into additional market verticals. Analysts are forecasting revenue of $89.1 million.
