Investing.com -- Salesforce has already rebranded many of its products to Agentforce, as the company continues to shirt its focus from cloud computing to artificial intelligence. It may, however, go one step further.
In an interview with Business Insider on Wednesday, Benioff confirmed that Salesforce might change its corporate name to Agentforce. "It might," Benioff said. "That would not shock me."

The CEO explained that recent focus groups conducted ahead of the company’s annual Dreamforce conference in October revealed that customers no longer want to discuss cloud technology. Instead, they prefer to talk about AI agents.
"I dropped the word cloud totally," Benioff said. "I did it at Dreamforce. Did you notice I never used it in the keynote? We learned in focus groups customers don’t talk about cloud anymore. They just want to talk about their agentic interface."
The company has renamed several offerings, with Sales becoming "Agentforce Sales," Service changing to "Agentforce Service," and Platform transforming into "Agentforce 365 Platform."
