OneStream is switching up its leadership team, including a transition plan for its top finance role and the appointment of a new president.

The finance management platform on Tuesday named John Kinzer as interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, as the company begins searching for someone to fill the role on a permanent basis.

Kinzer is a member of OneStream's board and former CFO of HubSpot and Blackboard. He will join the company immediately as a strategic adviser, OneStream said.

Kinzer succeeds Bill Koefoed, who will depart his current role effective Dec. 31 and continue as a senior advisor through April 1. He will remain on the company's board.

The company also promoted Scott Leshinski, its current executive vice president of artificial intelligence and operational analytics, to the role of president, effective Jan. 1.

Leshinski will oversee OneStream's global sales, marketing, revenue operations and customer success to implement an AI-first go-to-market approach, the company said.

OneStream also named Pam McIntyre, its current senior vice president, corporate controller, to a newly-created chief accounting officer position, also effective Jan. 1.
