Teads Holding said it was implementing a strategic restructuring plan that is expected to impact about 10% of its employees.

The announcement comes on the day the company's stock touched an all-time low of 57 cents per share.

Teads, operator of an omnichannel advertising platform for the open internet, said the plan is intended to reduce operating costs, improve operating margins and advance its commitment to profitable growth. The company added it expects to incur about $8 million to $12 million in charges in connection with the plan, almost all of which are expected to be future cash expenditures. The majority of the charges are expected to be incurred in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 and the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.

Decisions regarding the elimination of positions are subject to local law and other requirements in certain countries, as well as the company's business needs, Teads said.

Teads also said it expects the restructuring plan to result in annualized savings of about $35 million to $40 million when fully implemented.
