Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical to Build Egypt Plant For 1.93 Billion Yuan

Kunming Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical plans to build a phosphorus chemical plant in Egypt for 1.93 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on April 17.

The plant will produce 800,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 300,000 tons of industrial-grade wet-process crude phosphoric acid, 150,000 tons of 52% phosphoric acid, 300,000 tons of monoammonium phosphate, and 20,000 tons of sodium fluorosilicate annually.

The plant will be built in three years, the Chinese chemical manufacturer said.

Kunming Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical said its business operations remain unaffected by the recent US tariff measures.
