Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development Issues 500 Million Yuan Bonds

Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development issued medium-term bonds of 500 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The bonds will have a coupon rate of 2.05% and a three-year term.

China Securities acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner for the issuance, the Chinese residential property manager said.

Beijing Urban Construction's shares rose over 1% during afternoon trade.

CSC Financial expects its H1 profit to rise by up to 60% year over year, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.

Shares of the investment firm fell nearly 2% in morning trade Tuesday.

The company expects attributable profit of 4.43 billion yuan to 4.57 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, representing an increase of 55% to 60% when compared with the same period last year.

Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development Chairman Chu Zhaowu resigned early, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

Chu's term was supposedly set to end of July 24, but he stepped down from the position on June 30.

The Chinese residential property manager is yet to name a successor.

CSC Financial , trading as China Securities, received approval from the People's Bank of China to issue technology innovation bonds worth up to 6 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Monday.

The approval is valid until June 10, 2027.

Huaneng Power International completed the issuance of medium-term bonds amounting to 1.5 billion yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Friday.

The bond's interest rate is 1.95% and its maturity period is three or more years.

China Merchants Bank , CITIC Securities , CSC Financial , and China Great Wall Securities acted as the lead underwriters of the issuance.

The proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement the power company's working capital, adjust its debts structure, as well as repay bank loans and the debt due, the filing said.

Huaneng Power's Hong Kong shares rose less than 2% and Shanghai shares increased more than 1% in recent trade.
