@EddCova You see, self sabotage is a common thing in trading, when you know yo are doing something wrong, but something tells you to keep doing it, it is very normal. However it is the worst thing every, cos it only leads to bankrupsy and the market do not care, so best approach is - stay away from the market first

@EddCova And my second suggestion is, Have a complete review of your trading approach (system) adjust it, revamp or or somepley discard it and incurb another system antirely. Once that is done, open a $50 cent account trade that for a month or two,slolwy you get back on track

@EddCovaYes being more rigid with risk management is very important, but then again, risk manegement without a proper strategy is just a simple way to slowly burn the account My advise, focus on budilding a proven and profitable startegy, and then incorporate a good risk amangement And voila you are good to go!
