Data Interpretation: The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices(HICP）refers to a kind of consumer price index that is calculated through following the same methodology and adopting the weighted average of all Eurozone countries' price index, for ensuring that the data for one country can be compared with the data for another. This indicator is used for measuring the consumer price inflation and stability.
