FCA Warns Over 27Lytes, SBank and Multiple Forex Social Media Accounts

Sep 24, 2026 By Mark

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a new batch of warnings on September 22–23, covering unauthorised websites and businesses as well as multiple trading-related social media accounts.

The FCA said the listed entities are not authorised or registered by the regulator and may be providing or promoting financial services without permission.

FCA Flags Unauthorised Websites and Businesses

On September 23, the FCA warned against 27Lytes, linked to www.27lytes.cfd, MyCarSecurity.com, and SBank Business Online Banking, linked to s-bank.online.

The MyCarSecurity.com warning carries an additional identity risk. The FCA said it has no connection with UK-registered Tide Group Holdings Ltd and is falsely claiming that company's registration number.

The regulator also warned on September 22 against Athena Acquisition Corporation, www.approvedcarclaim.com, www.pcp.ashley-howard.co.uk and www.ppi.ashley-howard.co.uk.

Social Media Trading Accounts Also Targeted

A separate group of September 22 warnings focused on social media accounts, including @FxGhost3199, @ForexFreeSMC, @FXMasterySchool, @TradeWitJames, @TradeWithArshh, @TradeWithNick0 and @ICTCRTTRADING.

Other accounts flagged included @RtanX7, @cocopokep, @Meersahabgq, @ElliotVancwz, @Bitoni1Audrey, @ElliottGrowth1, @GoldCircleypur, @IrshadAhme77836, @capital\_ictone and @Super\_King62012.

FCA notices for several of these entities identify associated profiles on X and Telegram, showing that regulatory warnings can apply not only to standalone websites but also to financial promotions conducted through social and messaging platforms.

Check Authorisation Before Investing

The FCA says consumers dealing with unauthorised firms generally will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme if things go wrong.

Investor Reminder

A professional-looking website or social media profile does not prove regulatory authorisation. Before transferring funds or providing personal information, be sure to verify the service provider's identity and confirm details using contact information listed by regulator.
