Capital.com has appointed Prishani Maheeph-Moonsamy as Head of Compliance for South Africa, strengthening its regulatory leadership as the broker expands across emerging markets. She joins from IG Group, where she served nearly three years as Head of Compliance in South Africa following the broker’s decision to exit the local retail market.

Maheeph-Moonsamy brings extensive compliance experience from IG, FXCM, and Nedbank, covering regulatory, financial crime, and market conduct oversight. Her appointment supports Capital.com’s ongoing regulatory push in South Africa and other jurisdictions as the firm builds out its global compliance framework.

GCEX Appoints Carmen Tan as Managing Director, MENA

GCEX Group has appointed Carmen Tan as Managing Director for its MENA operations, based in Dubai, as the digital prime broker strengthens its regional leadership.
