Every week, financial regulators around the world issue warnings against illegal or suspicious trading platforms. For the week of May 4 to May 10, 2026, a total of 13 brokers have been flagged as either unregulated or officially warned by authorities in Germany, Spain, the UK, France, and Oman.
These platforms often promise high returns with low risk, but in reality, they are designed to trap investors – especially inexperienced traders and the elderly. Below is the full list of blacklisted entities for this week.

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued official warnings against the following brokers for operating without proper authorisation or providing false information: Broker Eins, HRS Investing, CMC Trading.
Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has publicly warned that the following companies are not authorised to provide investment services or carry out securities activities: Platinum Finance Ltd, Olympus Capital Limited, Balanzfx.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has added the following firms to its warning list for providing financial services or products without authorisation: Ava Plus Trade, TP24GLOBAL, Bullish Investment Ique.
Oman’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) has issued an alert against: Open Gate Trading.
Furthermore, there are 2 unregulated brokers: Prime Verse Broker, Cubo Markets.
