BaFin issued three warnings on October 26, 2026, covering ELYRION WEALTH, platforms using a rapid-profit slogan, and Kronberg Finanzen GmbH. The German regulator suspects their operators are providing financial, cryptoasset or banking services without the required authorisation.
BaFin said “Albrecht Reimund Hohenacker,” presented in WhatsApp groups as a financial strategist promoting gold-linked investments, is a fictional character.
Prospective investors are directed to elyrion-wealth(.)com, which names ELYRION WEALTH LLC as its purported operator. They are also urged to download the “ELYRION WEALTH” or “ELYRIONW” apps.
BaFin said the group organisers and platform and app operators are not under its supervision. It suspects unauthorised financial and securities services.
A separate warning names AstraTradingAI and Zyrtex-X, accessible through wealthinvsthubs(.)com. Their largely identical websites promote purported earnings of €6,288 within five hours and provide no business address.
BaFin suspects the unknown operators are offering financial, securities and cryptoasset services without authorisation.
BaFin also warned about kronbergfinanzen(.)com, operating under the name Kronberg Finanzen GmbH. It suspects the unknown operators, purportedly based in Waldsassen, are conducting banking business without permission, particularly offering loans through WhatsApp.
Investors should check providers in BaFin’s company database before transferring money. The warnings concern suspected unauthorised activities and do not constitute criminal convictions.
