A Vietnamese trader has complained that forex and CFD broker Vittaverse blocked his $1,250 withdrawal request and restricted access to his trading account. BrokersView has forwarded the complaint to the broker for review.
The trader, identified as Van, said he submitted a $1,250 withdrawal request on October 9, 2026, through his Vittaverse account on the cTrader platform.
He alleged that the broker subsequently froze the transaction and locked his account, leaving him unable to access his funds.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Vittaverse through live chat and customer support, he said the withdrawal remained pending without a satisfactory explanation.
The trader provided screenshots of his account balance, withdrawal records and communication logs to support his complaint.
Vittaverse claims to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under license number SD200.
BrokersView's regulatory review found that the relevant entity is listed on the Seychelles FSA register, with a website domain matching Vittaverse's official site.
However, Seychelles FSA oversight may offer fewer investor protections than regulation in some major financial jurisdictions. Traders should consider the available safeguards and dispute-resolution procedures when dealing with offshore brokers.
BrokersView has referred the complaint to Vittaverse for review.
The withdrawal dispute remains unresolved based on available information. The allegations have not been established as regulatory violations.
