Goldman Sachs reiterated its bullishness on the Swiss franc (CHF) after the ECB raised rates by 75 basis points, stating that now is the time to short the EURCHF. The ECB described this rate hike as a "front-loaded" hike, suggesting that its actions in support of the Euro (EUR) are constrained.
The ECB's decision and forward guidance is a strong signal for the Swiss National Bank (SNB), especially after the hawkish statements from the ECB over the past few weeks, which have led to a slight weakening of the CHF. The SNB could want to act to stop the depreciation of the CHF. And because the ECB has decided to tighten policy more quickly in response to a severe supply shock, then the CHF can also benefit from heightened concerns about credit.

The key support level is at 1.0400.
2.2 USDCHF Daily Chart
The key support level is at 1.0400.
The key resistance level is at 1.0470.
The lower band of the ascending channel since 7 September 2022 supports the price to the upside.
2.3 USDCHF 4-Hour Chart
The real body of the bull candle broke above the upper band of the channel in the range. Besides, the trend turned bullish in the afternoon session.
2.4 USDCHF 2-Hour Chart
It is recommended to enter the market at lows.
