A sustained move along the lower band would instead confirm continuing downside momentum.

For Ichimoku (9,26,52), the immediate confirmation is whether price can reclaim the M15 Kijun-sen after bouncing from $4,250. If price remains beneath the Kijun while the cloud stays overhead, the BUY remains a counter-trend scalp. A clean recovery through the Kijun would provide stronger evidence that the immediate bearish impulse is losing momentum.

For Stochastic (5,3,3), the ideal M15 configuration is a bullish crossover from the lower zone while price simultaneously holds $4,240–$4,250. That combination would be more meaningful than Stochastic alone because the oscillator can remain oversold during a strong downtrend.
