EUR/USD has shifted decisively toward a bearish short-term structure. The pair fell approximately 0.5% on September 14 and reached around 1.1530, its lowest level in roughly one month, while the U.S. Dollar Index climbed almost 0.6% to its strongest level since September 2. With Bollinger Bands (20,0,2), the recent decline has pushed price toward the lower band, indicating strong downside momentum but also increasing the probability of a technical mean-reversion bounce. A recovery toward 1.1556 followed by rejection would allow the SELL to enter after that temporary rebound has exhausted itself.

The Ichimoku (9,26,52) structure should remain bearish if price stays below the Kijun-sen and the cloud continues to cap M15 recoveries. The ideal setup is therefore a rally into 1.1556 followed by failure to reclaim the cloud. This would indicate that buyers are unable to convert the current decline into a meaningful reversal.
