Tezos is updating two important test networks to the new Seoul protocol. This shows progress and good development in the project. When a blockchain team tests new upgrades, it can bring more trust to the project. If the results are positive, it may create excitement and interest, leading to a higher price for Tezos tokens. However, since this upgrade is still on testnets and not yet live on the main network, the market reaction might be smaller. Traders will watch closely for mainnet launch news. source
