The company claims to be based in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. However, to our knowledge, there is no regulatory authority in the country that oversees forex trading. Furthermore, we were unable to find any record of the company’s registration even with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), the organization which provides company registration services there.
