While we have verified the existence of UNforex Pty Ltd in the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) database, it is registered solely as an Australian Financial Services Authorised Representative (AR). Importantly, ASIC does not provide detailed information about the company, such as its domain name, which makes it difficult to fully confirm the entity's legitimacy and correspondence.

Furthermore, it is critical to understand that being an Authorised Representative means the company operates under the licence of another Australian Financial Services Licence holder. UNforex Pty Ltd itself does not hold a direct AFSL licence from ASIC. The regulatory responsibility lies with the principal AFSL licensee.
