@Roberd Hudhave you tried analyzing what was wrong from each setup you take just point out one or two key things you did right and wrong and the outcome list it down then evaluate on weekends see where the pattern is ...and look for ways to slowly work on it ...

@Roberd Hudeven as a scalper broo you need to analyze your habits your weaknesses and strengths...I've learned that every strategy works with who you are as a person ... like for me I find swing trading less stressful...Win or loose ..with a set RR everytime I make 200$ today lose 30$ tomorrow I'll still be up 170$ for the week ... so my anger will stay the same no revenge trading..
