Rosun FIN has been flagged by the Hong Kong SFC as a suspicious website, highlighting the risks of clone platforms using legitimate financial identities.
On September 15, 2026, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) added rosunsec.com / Rosun FIN to its Alert List as a suspicious website. The regulator said the website and its mobile application are not associated with Rosun Securities Limited, an SFC-licensed corporation.

The warning follows similar regulatory alerts involving websites that use names or identities resembling legitimate financial firms. On September 14, FINMA added GoldPrideHoldings / goldprideholdings.com and swissinvestmentsa.ch to its Warning List; FINMA stated that swissinvestmentsa.ch was not related to Swiss Investment Company SA, despite the similar identity.
ASIC has also warned investors about fake and impersonating financial services businesses, including websites and social media profiles designed to appear connected to legitimate entities. Its guidance recommends independently verifying the firm and checking the regulator's investor alert list before investing.
These warnings show why investors should verify the exact domain, legal entity and regulatory status rather than relying on similar company names, logos or social media accounts. Investors should check the relevant regulator's official records before opening an account or transferring funds.
