ASIC Investor Alert List has added eight entities, including Ethsol, Ceravindo and Charter Zinsode, on September 14, 2026, warning that the listed entities may be unlicensed or involved in impersonation activity targeting Australian investors.
The newly listed entities include Ethsol (ethsol.vip), Digital Asset Reserves (digitalassetreserves.net), LXT Group (lxtgroup.com), 1888FS (1888fs.net) and Novaequityio (novaequityio.com).
ASIC’s list also identifies Ceravindo (brandparents.org), reportedly using the aliases Zephgain and Falcon Vermothal, and Charter Zinsode (famefluxily.info), reportedly also known as Marble Zinsara.
Another warning concerns ausprimecapital.com.au, identified as an imposter of Guppytraders.com Pty Ltd. Impersonation scams can copy the names or details of legitimate financial businesses to make fraudulent websites appear credible.
ASIC says entities on its Investor Alert List may target Australian consumers, lack a current ASIC licence and be unauthorised to offer investments in Australia. The regulator advises investors to independently verify an entity’s identity, licence and website before transferring funds.
Investors should also be cautious of unsolicited investment links and requests for additional payments to release funds. If money or personal information has already been transferred, ASIC advises contacting the relevant financial institution promptly.
