FINMA Warning List entries for GoldPrideHoldings and swissinvestmentsa.ch highlight the risks of cloned or misleading investment platforms using Swiss identities.
On September 14, 2026, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) added GoldPrideHoldings / goldprideholdings.com to its Warning List. The entry gives a Geneva address but states that the entity has no commercial register entry.
FINMA also listed swissinvestmentsa.ch on the same day. The regulator states that the website has no commercial register entry and is not related to Swiss Investment Company SA, a Geneva company registered under CHE-485.054.271.
The swissinvestmentsa.ch warning is particularly relevant to impersonation and clone-platform risks, as the domain is specifically distinguished from a similarly named registered company.

For investors, a Swiss address or a company name resembling a registered financial business should not be treated as proof of regulatory authorisation. The legal entity, registration details and regulatory status should be independently checked before any funds are transferred.
Investors considering online trading or investment platforms should verify the exact domain, legal entity and regulatory status through official sources. FINMA's Warning List should also be checked when an offer claims a Swiss connection.
