Swiss financial regulator FINMA has added several entities and websites to its investor warning list, cautioning the public about firms that may be operating without proper authorization or falsely associating themselves with legitimate Swiss companies.
Among the newly flagged entities is Eisenberg Bank AG, operating through eisenbergbank.com and listing an address at Zurich’s Prime Tower. FINMA noted the entity is not entered in the Swiss commercial register.
The regulator also warned against unisoninvestment.com and schlossberg-vv.com, stating that both websites have no connection to legitimate Swiss-registered firms they appear to reference or imitate.
FINMA’s warning highlights the continued rise of clone firm and impersonation risks in the online investment sector, where fraudulent operators use similar names, addresses, or branding to appear credible to investors.
The regulator urged investors to verify whether firms are properly registered in Switzerland before transferring funds or engaging in investment-related activities.
