Most investors, in particular beginners, are prone to ignoring a broker’s service attitude when selecting a trading platform. However, the attitude towards customers will significantly affect the trading experience. Therefore, to assist investors in making an informed decision, BrokersView monthly updates the list of brokers and ranks them by complaint satisfaction. We aim to provide useful insight into how they value their clients’ opinions and the overall level of customer service they provide.
In December, BrokersView received client complaints spanning multiple issues, including refusal to withdraw funds, unjustified profit removals, ignored complaint requests, missing deposits, and fraudulent practices.
The list of involved brokers is provided below for reference purposes.

The December Good List mainly features industry leaders who operate robustly under strict regulatory frameworks. Not only are they highly compliant, but they have also earned investor trust through transparent transaction processes and comprehensive customer service systems. Some brokers stood out for demonstrating efficient and professional handling of client complaints.
The December Bad List highlights risks within the industry, including fraudulent brokers, companies with weak oversight, and Octa, which caused renewed investor anxiety at year-end due to large-scale withdrawal issues. Fraudulent brokers are often flagged for ignoring client complaints, maliciously deducting funds, or other deceptive practices. Quotex and DBinvesting have been consistently listed on the Black List due to ongoing complaints. Companies without strong oversight are more likely to evade responsibility, making it harder for investors to have their grievances addressed and posing greater threats to fund security.
BrokersView emphasizes the importance of staying informed about broker-related complaints, as they, along with regulatory details, can be valuable indicators when choosing a broker. Considering complaints can help reduce risks and ensure a more secure investment experience.
Investors can file a complaint through BrokersView in case of any suspected violations. Acting as a third party to protect your rights at no cost, we will assist you in communicating with the broker or help you send emails to the regulator.
