Aira Financial Appoints Former FP Markets Executive Sophie Stabler as Head of Global Partnerships

Dubai-based CFDs broker Kira Financial has appointed industry executive Sophie Stabler as Head of Global Partnerships, strengthening the company’s introducing broker and global partnership strategy as it continues expanding across regulated markets.

In her new role, Stabler will focus on building and managing long-term relationships with introducing brokers globally while working alongside regional business development teams to support partner growth and distribution expansion.

Stabler brings more than a decade of experience across the retail FX and CFDs industry. She previously spent five years at FP Markets, where she served as Chief Business Development Officer for the MENA region, overseeing partner acquisition and regional expansion efforts across the Middle East, GCC, and Africa.

Before FP Markets, she also held senior partnership and operational roles at IC Markets, Leverate, and XM. Over the past two years, she worked independently as a strategic planning and operations advisor for regulated brokerage firms.

Kira Financial, formerly known as Cara Markets, rebranded last year after securing a UAE Category One license. The broker was established by Kiran Pethani, co-founder of Dubai luxury retailer Cara Jewellers, and has since continued building its executive team with experienced industry hires.

The company offers trading across forex, equities, commodities, and futures and is positioning itself for broader international growth through partnerships and IB distribution channels.
