ASIC Investor Alert List: 34 Entries Updated This Week

3 hours ago By Bob

The ASIC investor alert list records supplied for October 12–16, 2026 contain 34 entries covering unlicensed operators and impersonation warnings. Of these, 29 are labelled “Unlicensed” and five “Imposter”, highlighting the need to check both a provider’s authorisation and its identity.

23 Unlicensed Entries Updated on October 16

The October 16 records include OakshireTrustAI, Eunoia Market, Stakemoor Equity, Intellario Trade Pro, Agte Fondvik, Pusaka Nilairia, Instant +16X Renova, Laurentis AI, Nobil Zestriune, Rendelio AI, Swiex, Kaudecto, Landix Group, Svjetlobr Finlore and Coinscryp.

Zephgain appears in eight separate website entries: carumelaro.pro, adunelariko.top, thornmeadowcox.com, javeluniko.pro, meadowcrist.info, umeradiako.info, earthnestly.top and studypathq.com. These are separate listed domains, rather than eight distinct brand names.

Other unlicensed records updated between October 12 and 15 include CPT Trading, Valorstead, Fonndure, Sterling Fund Pro and Charter Zinsode. Fonndure appears under both fonndure.com and webtrader.manlnuy-astronayx.com.

Five Alerts Concern Company Impersonation

The impersonation entries identify websites using the identities of the following companies:

  • Evolution MIT Services Pty Ltd — evolutionmitservices.com; updated October 15.
  • Secure Port Pty Ltd — secureportwealth.com and secureport-wealth.com; updated October 14.
  • Coinbase Australia Pty Ltd — coinsitet.com; updated October 14.
  • Australian Private Capital Advisory Services Pty Ltd — ausprivatecapital.net; updated October 12.

These warnings concern the impersonating websites, not allegations that the genuine companies operate those websites.

Investor Reminder

The table’s dates indicate when records were updated, not necessarily when the websites began operating or were first flagged. An “Unlicensed” classification should also not be presented as a criminal conviction.

Before transferring money, check the provider’s legal identity, relevant authorisation and website address through independently obtained official information. A familiar company name alone does not establish that a website is genuine.
