The FCA issued four warnings on 14 October 2026, flagging a website impersonating an authorised firm and three businesses operating without its authorisation.
The regulator identified quorumcapitalltd.com as a clone using the identity of Quorum Capital Limited. It said the unauthorised operator had contacted people while pretending to represent an authorised firm.
The genuine Quorum Capital Limited, FCA reference 601037, has no connection with the clone. Its official website is www.quorumcapital.co.uk, according to the FCA.
Separate notices named Capital Edge Market (capitaledgemarket.live), Eha Markets (ehamarkets.pro) and GallaeciaFX.com (gallaeciafx.com).
The FCA said these firms are not authorised by it and may be targeting UK consumers or providing or promoting financial services without permission. It advised the public to avoid dealing with them.
The FCA warns that customers dealing with these operators will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection for those dealings.
Before transferring money, verify the firm’s permissions and contact details through the FCA Firm Checker. Use those independently verified details when responding to unsolicited approaches, and consult BrokersView for additional broker checks.
