BrokersView's September 2026 Broker Complaint Satisfaction Rankings show that nine forex brokers recorded a 100% complaint handling rate, while another nine registered 0%. The monthly Good and Bad Lists highlight differences in how brokers handled investor complaints during the assessment period.
According to the BrokersView September 2026 Good List, EC Markets, JustMarkets, IEXS, QuoMarkets, TMGM, Vantage, WeTrade, XM Group, and ZFX each achieved a 100% complaint handling rate.
These brokers ranked among the best performers in the September assessment based on the complaint handling rates recorded by BrokersView.
Meanwhile, the September 2026 Bad List identifies Deriv, EE TRADE, HFM, NCE, Prorex, STARTRADER, STP TRADING, Taurex, and WinproFx, all of which recorded a 0% complaint handling rate.
The results indicate that no complaints counted in the assessment were recorded as handled by these brokers during the reporting period. However, a 0% handling rate does not necessarily establish regulatory violations or fraudulent conduct.
Complaint handling performance is an important reference for traders evaluating forex and CFD brokers, particularly when reviewing customer support and dispute resolution practices.
However, monthly complaint handling rates represent only one aspect of broker assessment. Investors should also consider regulatory status, withdrawal policies, trading conditions, and historical complaints before making trading decisions.
The September rankings provide a snapshot of complaint handling performance rather than a comprehensive assessment of each broker's reliability.
