CF Merchants is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true.

CF Merchants claims to be the trading name of Commodity and Forex Merchants, which is regulated by various Jurisdictions including Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) and the UK's Companies House (CH). However, our search for this broker in SVG FSA's registry did not yield any results. Additionally, it should be noted that the SVG FSA is not a regulatory body for the forex market.

CF Merchants also claims to be authorized by CH under license number 1092420. However, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legal authority to regulate forex activities.
