CONTENT Formal Complaint Against Doo Prime – Delayed Withdrawal and Restriction of Financial Operations I am submitting this complaint regarding my trading account with Doo Prime and the handling of a withdrawal arising from a profitable XAUUSD trade executed during the NFP market event on 4 September 2026. On 4 September 2026, I opened a 0.10-lot XAUUSD sell position during the NFP release and generated a profit of approximately USD 520. Following the trade, I initiated a withdrawal from my trading account. However, the withdrawal has remained pending for several days without a clear explanation or resolution. I was informed by Doo Prime that an account manager would contact me with the relevant information regarding my account and the pending withdrawal. Despite waiting for this communication, I have not been contacted. I have also subsequently observed that my financial operations have been restricted. The withdrawal and internal transfer functions are visible on my account but are currently disabled. I have not been provided with a clear written explanation identifying the contractual or regulatory basis for these restrictions. My concern is heightened by the fact that the issue appears to have arisen after the profitable NFP trade. I am therefore seeking regulatory assistance to establish whether Doo Prime is entitled to withhold or delay the funds and restrict my financial operations under the applicable client agreement. I respectfully request that the regulator investigate the following: 1. Whether Doo Prime has a valid contractual basis for delaying my withdrawal. 2. Whether the restriction of my withdrawal and internal transfer functions is permitted under the applicable client agreement. 3. CONTENT My USD 1,500 withdrawal was marked as “Processed” by XM on 5 September 2026, but the funds never reached my Halkbank account. Two later withdrawals totaling USD 3,500 were successfully credited to the same bank account, confirming that my bank and IBAN details are correct. I repeatedly contacted XM Support, Back Office and the Complaints Department and provided every requested document. However, XM has not provided a payment receipt, payment-provider tracking number, reason for the delay or a definite resolution date.
