CONTENT I opened a trading account (886984) with Blueberry Markets and deposited USD 10,000 on May 12, 2025. I traded normally, and by May 23, 2025, my account balance had increased to USD 31,231.22. I then submitted a withdrawal request for USD 10,000, but it was rejected. Shortly afterward, I was no longer able to log into my trading account or access the client portal, as my account had been blocked. I sent an email to Blueberry Markets to challenge their decision. My trading was entirely normal, and I did not engage in the low-liquidity arbitrage alleged in their email. In fact, I do not even understand what they mean by "arbitrage." My trading hours were between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Beijing Time, during which market liquidity is generally sufficient. By contrast, the period between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time, as well as the time from 2:00 a.m. until the market closes, is typically considered the lowest-liquidity period. Blueberry Markets can review my trading records and verify that I did not place any trades during those low-liquidity periods. Those hours were simply my normal sleeping hours. Furthermore, I opened my Blueberry Markets account without participating in any bonus or promotional program. All of the funds deposited into my account were my own money, and all of my trading was conducted using my own capital.

CONTENT I am writing this review to warn all prospective clients that ThinkMarkets is an untrustworthy firm. I submitted a withdrawal application on June 22, 2026. I followed their procedures in full compliance, and there were no irregularities in my trading activity whatsoever. After my withdrawal request was filed, I received an email from the platform’s customer service informing me that a complete set of KYC identity verification documents was mandatory for withdrawal review. Upon receiving this notice, I submitted all requested materials in full at one time. As of today, July 28, 2026, more than six weeks (37 days) have elapsed, yet I have still not received my withdrawn funds. The platform has indefinitely delayed the withdrawal process under the pretext of "under review", with zero tangible progress on processing my request. I followed up on the status numerous times via live chat support and email throughout this period. Customer service only repeated a generic script stating "your application is under review, please wait patiently". They failed to provide a review deadline, point out any defects in my submitted documents, or issue a formal written compliance justification for withholding my funds. The platform has simply seized my own principal and refused to disburse it. Most alarmingly, the capital I initially deposited has not been returned to me to this day. I hope my experience will help other investors make informed decisions and exercise extreme caution before depositing funds with this company.

CONTENT My trading account number is 3668961. I began depositing funds and trading with Equiti Capital in December 2025. At the beginning, my trading performance was poor, and I suffered continuous losses. By January 2026, my cumulative trading loss had reached approximately USD 37,000, after which I stopped trading with this broker. In May 2026, I resumed trading with Equiti Capital using an Expert Advisor (EA). Between May 1 and May 5, I incurred losses while using the EA and subsequently submitted a withdrawal request, which the broker processed promptly without raising any issues. On May 6, I used the remaining balance of slightly more than USD 20,000 in my account to open long positions only. I continuously placed orders of 0.2 lots each until my available margin was fully utilized. The market moved strongly in an upward direction throughout the day, and my long positions remained profitable. In total, I accumulated more than 50 lots of long positions. These 50 lots generated a total profit of more than USD 410,000. The trades were held for more than 10 hours, were executed under normal market conditions, and, in my view, fully complied with the broker's trading rules. However, after I applied to withdraw my profits, Equiti Capital unexpectedly deducted all of the profits I had earned that day, citing alleged "trading violations," and refused to process my withdrawal request. The broker later informed me by email that it would only return the principal I had deposited throughout my trading history, while refusing to pay any of my trading profits beyond the principal. In my view, this broker only accepts clients' losses but refuses to honor legitimate profits. From May 1 to May 5, I used the same EA and the same trading strategy, during which I incurred losses. At that time, the broker never claimed that my trading violated any rules and even processed my withdrawal request. However, on May 6, when I used my remaining funds, followed the same trading method, and simply achieved substantial profits because the market moved in my favor, the broker suddenly alleged that my trading violated its rules. I strongly question the consistency and fairness of this decision. If Equiti Capital believes my trading violated its rules, it should clearly identify the specific provisions that were breached and provide supporting evidence rather than making a general allegation after the trades became profitable. I demand that Equiti Capital immediately pay the outstanding trading profits of more than USD 370,000 that remain unpaid. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory avenues to protect my legitimate rights and interests.

CONTENT I am a client of Axi, and my trading account number is 80001195. Since December 9, 2025, I have been unable to withdraw the funds in my account. My current account balance is USD 7,872, and my withdrawal has still not been processed. During this period, I have repeatedly provided all the documents requested by the platform. However, Axi has continuously required me to resubmit the same documents over and over again, creating an endless cycle of repeated verification requests. All of the documents I submitted are valid and complete, yet the broker continues to ask me to provide them again without giving any clear explanation. I believe this repeated request for the same documents is unreasonable and has unnecessarily delayed my withdrawal. I respectfully request your assistance in helping me recover my funds and urge Axi to process my withdrawal as soon as possible.
