Therefore, OspreyFX's claim of being registered with the SVG FSA does not constitute authorization to offer financial services or products in the forex market. In essence, OspreyFX is not regulated.

Therefore, we strongly advise against using OspreyFX. We frequently receive complaints from individuals who have dealt with forex brokers registered solely with the SVG FSA, and these brokers often have poor reputations.
