We would like to clarify that during your trading activity, multiple scalping trades were identified. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, scalping strategies are not permitted on standard trading accounts. Profits generated from such trades are therefore not eligible for withdrawal.

For this reason, while your initial deposit of 400 USD was returned in full, the profits associated with scalping activity could not be processed. This policy applies equally to all clients and is outlined in our legal documentation, available here:
